At JoyWonders, many of our products are made or personalized especially for you. Because different products are produced in different facilities, delivery times vary depending on the item you order.

Below is what you can expect after placing your order.

Shipping Rates

For orders shipped within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: $4.95
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more

The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Standard Products

Most JoyWonders products follow our standard production and shipping timeline.

Made & prepared: 3–6 days
Shipping: 7–15 business days
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 10–21 days

The shipping estimate begins after your order has been made and prepared for shipment.

Made in the USA Products

Products identified as Made in the USA are produced and shipped through our U.S.-based fulfillment line and generally arrive faster.

Made & prepared: 1–3 days
Shipping: 3–6 days
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 4–9 days

Look for the Made in the USA designation on eligible product pages.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Products

Many JoyWonders products are created specifically for each customer.

Production begins after your order is placed and may include printing, personalization, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.

Because these products are made to order, processing time is separate from shipping time.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

After your package is handed to the carrier, tracking information may take a short time to begin showing movement.

If your order contains products fulfilled from different facilities, you may receive your items in separate packages and may receive more than one tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Dates

All processing and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasional delays may occur because of:

• carrier delays;
• weather conditions;
• holidays or periods of unusually high order volume;
• address or delivery issues;
• production delays;
• events outside our reasonable control.

We always work to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains different product types, including both Standard and Made in the USA products, they may be produced and shipped separately.

Receiving one package before another does not necessarily mean part of your order is missing.

Each shipment will have its own tracking information when available.

Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or shipping has begun.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around your delivery location and with other members of your household.
2. Check with neighbors or building staff if applicable.
3. Allow a short period of time, as some carriers may mark packages delivered shortly before final delivery.
4. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact JoyWonders and we will help you review the available tracking information.
