Welcome to JoyWonders. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from JoyWonders.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. About JoyWonders
JoyWonders offers personalized and made-to-order gifts, including products customized with names, photos, text, designs, and other details selected or provided by customers.
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JoyWonders. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or visitor using our website.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Store
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, personalization options, and images accurately.
However, because products may be handmade, printed, embroidered, produced on different materials, or customized individually, minor differences may occur between the product shown on screen and the finished product.
Screen settings may also cause colors to appear slightly different from the physical product.
These normal production variations are not considered defects.
4. Personalized and Custom Products
Many JoyWonders products are created specifically for each customer.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, wording, photos, images, selections, and other personalization details before submitting your order.
We generally produce personalized products based on the information submitted with your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Where a preview is provided, it is intended to help you review your customization. Small differences may occur in the final product because of printing, production, material, sizing, or positioning requirements.
5. Photos, Images, and Content You Submit
If you upload or submit a photo, image, name, text, design, or other content for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use that content for the purpose of creating your order.
You grant JoyWonders the limited permission necessary to use the submitted content to process, produce, fulfill, and support your order.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights, or is otherwise prohibited by law.
We may decline or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe cannot lawfully or appropriately be produced.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment problems, unavailable products, prohibited content, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed into production.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
- may not be combined with other offers;
- may apply only to eligible products;
- may require a minimum quantity or order value;
- may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.
Any automatic discount or free-product promotion is applied according to the rules shown at checkout.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, we begin preparing orders as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible once production has started.
If production has already begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.
10. Processing and Delivery
Orders require production time before shipment.
Our usual processing time is approximately 3–6 business days, followed by the applicable shipping time shown on our website.
For U.S. orders, standard shipping is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after processing.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping delays may occasionally occur because of carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, address problems, high seasonal volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because personalized products are made specifically for the customer, return and refund eligibility may differ from standard non-personalized goods.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us according to the instructions in our Return and Refund Policy.
We may request photographs or other information to help us evaluate the issue.
